Return Policy

VincyWM Returns & Claims Policy
We want you to love what you ordered! If something isn’t right with your order—whether it’s a damaged item, misprint, or something else—please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your package at VincyCares@VincyWM.com. We’ll do our best to make it right.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or there’s a mistake with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. If the issue was on our end, we’ll cover the cost to replace it.

Lost Packages
If your order hasn’t arrived and it’s been more than 7 days since the estimated delivery date, please email us so we can investigate and help resolve it.

Returns & Exchanges
Because each item is made just for you when you order it, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizing. If you’d like a different size or product, you’ll need to place a new order.

Unclaimed or Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to our fulfillment facility due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if it goes unclaimed, we’ll contact you. You’ll be responsible for the cost to reship it once we confirm the updated address with you.
